Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: July 28, 2026

In short: SaintlyHound may include links to third-party retailers. We do not currently have any active affiliate partnerships, so we aren't earning commissions today. If that changes, some links may include affiliate tracking and we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you — and this page will be updated to say so.

How It Works

SaintlyHound is a free wine, spirits, and beer guidance app. Some shopping links in the app — in scan results, your cellar, a wine list, or the shopping list — take you to third-party retailers so you can buy what you're looking at. Today these are ordinary links: we do not currently participate in any affiliate program and earn no commission from them.

In the future we may join affiliate programs to help support the service. If we do, some shopping links may include an affiliate tracking code, and SaintlyHound may earn a small commission from the retailer at no extra cost to you — you'd pay the same price as visiting the retailer directly. We'll update this page when that happens.

Affiliate Programs

We have no active affiliate partnerships at this time. If that changes, our participating retailers and networks may vary over time, so we don't list them individually here. To ask whether a specific link is an affiliate link, email us at affiliate@saintlyhound.com.

Editorial Independence

Affiliate relationships do not influence our AI recommendations, scan results, scores, or rankings. Tassel's guidance is based on bottle quality, value, and your personal taste profile, not on which retailer pays the highest commission.

We also include links to retailers that don't have affiliate programs when they're the best option for our users. Any future commissions would be a way to keep the lights on, not a ranking factor.

What Data Is Shared

If and when a shopping link includes affiliate tracking, the retailer and affiliate network may receive:

We do not share your SaintlyHound account information, taste profile, cellar contents, or any other personal data with affiliate partners.

FTC Compliance

This disclosure is made in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's guidelines on endorsements and testimonials (16 CFR Part 255). We believe in full transparency about how SaintlyHound generates revenue.
